I am a German psychology student who spent 8 months in Malaysia. And hey, girl, it’s so true. When I came into your country I realized that for most people there is neither room nor understanding for mental disorders. By sharing your story you literally do pioneer work 😉 Which is so important! I’m glad that there were people just like you a many decades before me here in Germany. And there will be loads of people who will be thankful for what you did! I am 🙂 And things WILL change! I pray for braveness for you even when nobody seems to understand you or when nobody sees it.
